How Does HAYATI's Application Process Work?

1. Log on to www.hayatihealthcare.com
   
   
2. Click on the 'Apply Now for a Healthcare Loan' tab
   
   
3. Complete and submit the patient application form
   
   
4. Scan and either email, OR prepare following documents for us:-
   
      a. Six Months Bank Statements
   
      b. Copy of your Residency Visa page
   
      c. Copy of your Passport
   
      d. Official, stamped salary certificate
   
   
5. Receive an approval decision within 48 hours of receipt of your documents
   
   
6. Sign a Loan Application form and submit Post Dated Cheques (PDCs)
   
   
7. Get your service!

It usually takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and submit the patient application form online. If you don't have enough time to complete and submit the application form in one sitting then you can either save your application and return to it at a more convenient time for you or alternatively you can complete and update your details on our 'Quick Application Form' and we will email you later to complete your application.
